Scaling Up Community of Practice

Scaling Up Community of Practice (SCoP) is a network of development and climate change professionals aiming to achieve impact at scale. Currently an entirely voluntary initiative, SCoP is transitioning to become an independent entity with dedicated staff and a strategy for influence and growth. The grant supports this evolution.

SCoP has initiated a two-year collaborative action-research project on mainstreaming systematic approaches to scaling in funder organizations, with agreements reached with 12 funders to produce case studies.
