Currently, it is estimated that less than 10% of South Africa’s 18.9 million rape survivors access post-rape and domestic violence health care services. The Rape Survivors Justice Campaign seeks to change this through an integrated advocacy and grassroots initiative led by women’s organizations. The campaign advocates for equitable, universal health care services nationwide and aims to increase access for survivors by 20% in four provinces in South Africa over the next three years.
