Strengthening Public Accountability for Results and Knowledge (SPARK)

IBP’s SPARK II initiative builds on the success of SPARK I (2018-2022), which enhanced fiscal governance and public finance management for marginalized communities in eight countries. SPARK II continues this momentum through grassroots-led service delivery and budget reform campaigns, aiming to improve health and economic opportunities for millions of women and girls. The initiative specifically targets smallholder farmers, women with disabilities, and women living in informal settlements across Indonesia, Nigeria, Senegal, and South Africa.
