WIL: Community of Practice

Busara Africa is creating a Community of Practice (CoP) to support organizations dedicated to advancing women in leadership across Africa and Asia. This initiative aims to assist these leaders in addressing strategic and organizational challenges as they work towards institutional change in law and economics. Additionally, the CoP will document and publish lessons learned during the design phase, contributing valuable insights to the broader institutional and systems change ecosystem.
