Tressa Johnson is Director, Programs at ELMA Philanthropies Services, where she focuses on early childhood development and education, among other areas. She is responsible for setting portfolio goals and strategies, developing strategic relationships, and overseeing grant-making while ensuring that ELMA is learning from the outcomes and impacts of our investments. Previously, she worked in Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Zambia with Catholic Relief Services managing humanitarian, civil society and education-related programming. She holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
