What we do

Co-Impact brings together local changemakers and funders from around the world to make health, education, and economic systems stronger and more inclusive. Our commitment to advancing gender equality and women’s leadership is central to this goal.

By focusing on systems, our partners in Asia, Africa, and Latin America work at the scale of the problem and create impact that lasts. Pooling funding and expertise allows us to provide large-scale, flexible grants and optimize funding.

Together, we aim to deploy over $1 billion by 2030 and achieve a world where everyone can live fulfilling lives.

Last Mile Health

Rural and remote communities face barriers to basic healthcare, heightening preventable deaths. Community health workers help close the gap and bring care closer to patients.

CAMFED

In rural Zambia and Tanzania, girls are 4–5 times less likely to finish school despite near universal enrollment. CAMFED fights poverty, inequality, and injustice through education.

RySS

India’s reliance on chemical fertilizers and pesticides drives debt and environmental harm, leaving women farmers most at risk. RySS supports families with Natural Farming practices.

Millions of children in Sub-Saharan Africa leave school without basic reading and math skills. TaRL Africa partners with governments to strengthen primary education systems.

Harambee

Each year, one million young South Africans enter the labor market, yet two-thirds remain without work or study after 12 months. Harambee helps unlock jobs and reduce barriers.

What we fund

Our global team identifies locally-rooted partners in Asia, Africa, and Latin America who can strengthen systems and improve the lives of women, children, and marginalized communities.

Local leaders have the solutions, expertise, networks, and relationships needed to deliver sustainable change at scale. We provide the flexible long-term funding and strategic support to make it happen.

Our Foundational Fund and Gender Fund have mobilized over $430 million to over 140 initiatives.

Our Gender Fund invests in women-led organizations across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, advancing women’s leadership and global gender equality.

Focused on health, education, and economic systems change — plus professional law and economics — the fund has already raised $440 million. We aim to deploy $1 billion by 2030 to build a more just and inclusive future.
